Les Couleurs
The following dream was illustrated in vibrant black and white
The biologist and meditator and channeler and poet and abbot and nymph and shaman and strega formed a circle and opened a space and smoked some lunar dust and held hands and closed their eyes and chanted their chant and released their hands and began their quest to prove the existence of exo-dimensions by discovering one new color. This color could not be a “redder red” or a new shade of blue or a debate over yellow. This new color, this proof of exo-dimensions, according to the biologist, could only be accessed by a communal out of body dream governed by alien physics and gnostic filters that allowed them to “expand their spectrum.”
But this dream is the dream of the strega, and what is required to achieve spectrum expansion in this dream, in the dream of the strega, is possession by an exo-dimensional being already possessing this expanded spectrum. In this dream the biologist (and meditator and channeler and poet and abbot and nymph and shaman) are all possessed by just such an exo-dimensional being and all experience not one new color, but a dimension of new colors. The strega, however, undergoes no such possession and experiences no new colors, and, as this is her dream, cannot, upon waking, provide proof of an exo-dimension, nor can the biologist or meditator or channeler or poet or abbot or nymph or shaman, as they are only possessed within the dream of the strega, and not in their dreams of orthodox spectrums.
